LSAT is a slightly different animal with a lot more nuance than the GMAT. It is awesome to capture it but to a large extent GMAT does not split hairs this much.

This seems to be as a hidden assumption question so to speak and resolve a paradox. Interesting question nevertheless.

C) The critic says nothing about the style besides that the complaint was that characters were too stylized and that the resulting film was at least funny. The critic's argument is that a comedy should be judged primarily on whether it is funny, not on whether its humor comes specifically from stylized elements. Basically he says, yes the characters were silly but what the heck, that's acceptable as long as the movie makes you laugh, which is different from saying - a comedy should derive humor from funny characters.
