Hi All,

I have my GMAT scheduled for Tuesday Dec 3, 2019. I have paid for the exam, amount has been charged on credit card but I have neither received any email for confirmation of the same nor does it reflect on my candidate dashboard. Requesting support at the soonest please.

Talk to the customer service tomorrow on call they do help on call, mail doesn't work

Hi, Piyush,

Sometimes such technical issues happens in payment gateway, but don't worry. If GMAC did not receive money, then it will be reimbursed into your account back within some business days. Notify them on call and e-mail, they'll respond with suggestion. All the best for exam!!!
