I need help with the following,
1. How to insist on a proctor based out of US/Europe with stable internet connectivity for Online or
2. Can anyone provide feedback on the following Dubai centers,
I. The Exam Preparation & Testing House FZCO
II. VINSYS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANCY
3. Any test centers in Singapore recommended?
I attemped in Feb 2024 in Hyderabad, India and the experience was a real ****-show. The markers wouldnt even write 1 alphabet, I had to change the markers 10 times, the proctor showed up at her own pace, proctor kept talking to me during live test..on and on and one...
So I switched to Online and attempted on Jun 23 . I was perfectly set-up in everyway, desk, lighting, cabled 1GBPS speed, absolutely abided by the rules, etc.
My experience was a nightmare, below is my google review...After 2.5hrs I was merely able to attempt 3 questions with constant technical issues. My GMAC updated the attempt to Technical Error as well.
Now I am lost on which mode of testing I should take, test center or online!

The worst!
I had a serious exam that I prepped for 15months, which demands knowledge, skill, startegy, and most importantly a CALM MIND AND HEIGHTENED AWARENESS during the test. It costs $300.
I had already done all the requested system check, ensured absolutely no one present in my apt and no one disturb me during exam. I ensured I abided by all the rules, clean table, clear view, solid webcam, solid speakers, solid microphone and mostly importantly CABLED HIGH SPEED 1GBPS STABLE INTERNET SPEED.
The exam is 2.5hrs. On day of exam I join on time early by 15min.
1. The proctor shows up 15min late.
2. Proctor takes control of my desktop on Zoom video call.
3. I show the pan-room via webcam.
4. The proctor was so poorly trained that she had to login in 20 times to connect to the test, all because she didn't know that she had to select a check box. This takes 90min!!! And during this time she makes me show the pan-room 10 times!!!
5. Finally, after 1.5hrs the test connects and after just 1 question, it disconnects saying "Internet is unstable!". I have had 1000s of online meetings and never a single problem. The proctor blindly claims my Internet has issues, which was just simply not true!
6. Again, she asks me to restart my computer, pan-camera again and restart.
7. I get to question 3, and the site hangs again and doesn't let me select an answer. I call out for the proctor 20 times and no response!
8. The proctor shows up at her own sweet time after 15-20min and accuses me of disconnecting, which at this point is a joke!
9. I inform her I have been patient for 2hrs now and barely got to question 3, for a test that lasts 2.5hrs. I insist on a technical support person.
10. The tech support joins zoom, he calls out for the proctor 10 times for 10min, again no response.
11. The proctor shows up and blatantly claims I was disconnecting. The tech support check my entire systems and says there is absolutely no problem with system at all.
12. The proctor asks me to continue the test. At this point 2.5 hrs after starting the test, I take a stand and say this is a 2.5hrs test and I barely got to 7min into the test. I said there are clearly serious technical and Internet issue on their end. And I cannot take a 2.5hrs test for another 5-6hrs. I request to reschedule and request her to stop incorrectly stating I was disconnecting.
Most horrible, exhausting and traumatising experinece. The experience left me drained, brain-dead and with a splitting headache. Dishonest company with extremely poor network connecting and poorly trained proctors. They exhuasted me by making me restart my system atleast 5 times and pan-room camera 10 times over 2.5hrs with just 7min spent on the actual rest. All just to hide the fact that the real issues of network connectivity are on their end. And because of lack of transparency to GMAC, they perhaps make extra money by cancelling exams. SUCH A SHAME!
This is a subpar and dishonest company. GMAC, pay serious attention, you are losing your credibility and fast, by associating and partnering yourself with this shady company!

I had tried to call GMAC 30 times, no response! I wrote 2 emails, still waiting...
I would like to take online, as I have now prepped 4 months for online attempt...How do I ensure they provide a proper trained Proctor with stable internet connectivity? I am taking out of Dubai....
Please let me know, appreciate your responses...
