The palm reader malfunctioned and could not read my palm accurately. It took extra time checking out, and then an extremely long time time after taking my break. By the time I got back to my chair the math section time had already started and I had lost 3 minutes. The end result was that I had a extremely poor math score. Is there anything I can do about this?

That is terrible. I would definitely go through the appeal process.

I got a response from Pearson VUE / GMAC today.
They said that they confirmed that I had missed time due to the technology error, but they will not cancel the scores and will not give me a refund (they will give me $50 though).
What are my next steps? This is horrible!
