For what its worth, Admissions411 data suggests that as many as 50% of all interview invitations are still outstanding. I have my doubts about that, but thats what I'm hanging onto.

Yeah stupid Admissions411 changed their interface. It is a lot more clunky to update your profile (intv invites). So I doubt whether people are taking the initiatve to change their profile.
Yeah one more day to go.... but hopes are thinning out!

Yeah, thats what I thought as well. But the data for other schools has been updating quite nicely and come close to following R1 trends, so we'll see. For the record, I don't think that 50% are still outstanding but I do think that a decent number have yet to be released.

All the finance geeks applying 2 Wharton do not know how to use the computer!
The folks who already interviewed for R1/R2, can you please share your experience around:
- What type of interview did you schedule
- What were the questions
- Overall comments
I still have to schedule my interview and am trying to figure out whats the best option.

I scheduled an on campus interview and it was pretty standard. with a second year student and he was given strict instructions to wrap it up in 30 minutes. nothing unusual ... may be there was no time for that ...resume walk thru, why MBA, why now , short term , long term , why wharton and some specifics from my resume particulary international experience... The guy who interviwed me had similar academic background as mine so I think they do put some thought in matching up candidates with the interviewer. Overall very relaxed and friendly.
I think the interview went well. The interviewer (Alumni) was interested, involved and seemed to agree with my long term goals. My only concern is that my questions lasted only for 20 mins.
The interviewer then gave a very good overview of his experience at Wharton and aspects that he values.
So, overall, I think it went well. Now comes the worst part, the wait for a 2 1/2 weeks!

Congrats!
I would not worry about the 20 min dedicated to questioning you - for an alumni interview that seems normal.
The final week is here, 3.X days to go! Seems like there are 3 GMAT Club R2ers waiting for a reply: PostivieSoul, World464 and me. Anyone else that we have missed?

How about the R1 waitlist, helg? Any updates?
Good Luck to everyone waiting.

Do you also hear back about your WL on Thursday?

Yeah, schools say that the soonest I might hear of my WL status is at the R2 decisions deadline. However, my WL status could be prolongated for an indefinite period
