from stat 1) r=1/4 or 1/20( each is less than 0.33 i.e 1/3) so r=.25 or 0.05 or t=2/0 . not suff

stat 2) r=1/20 only as 1/10=0.1 and r<1/10---> r<0.1 and for t=0,we get r=0.05. ans is B.

since r is of the form 0.t5 and stmt 1 says that r < 0.33 hence r could be 0.25, 0.15 or 0.05....and t could be 0,1 or 2. Hence, insufficient.

from stmt2: r < 0.1 and hencr r will be 0.05....and hence t = 0. Sufficient.

Hence, B.
