I want to retire to a place Where I can relax and Where I pay low taxes.

a place Where I can relax

a place Where I pay low taxes.

Hope this helps !!

Is it OK if I rephrase the sentence to "I want to retire to a place where I can relax and pay low taxes"? Must the phrase "where I" be there?
