I don't get this one. IT seems to me that if all sides of a parallelogram are equal and one diagonal BD is given, it must be equal to AC. So, A is suff.

since this parallelogram has 4 sides equal ----> it's a rhombus. In a rhombus, both diagonals can be equal or not! The special case in which they're equal is when the rhombus becomes a square.
