A) Insuff.
With one fixed diagonal, we can have many sides/diagonals satisfying "Parallelogram ABCD has four equal length sides"
B) Insuff.
Parallelogram can be a square too. In such a case, for a side with length 6, there can be multiple values for diagonals.
Together, we know diagonals of a parallelogram are perpendicular bisectors -
2^2 + 6^2 = AC^2 -> AC = 2*sqrt(10)
Hence, C

Isn't it supposed to be 2^2 + B^2 = 6^2? --> 2*4sqrt(2)? Since 6 is the hypotenuse?
