My GMAT exam was scheduled on 5th June 2020 at 9:45AM. I logged in at 9 AM. I completed the system check. Then clicked on begin the test. After checking my internet, microphone and webcam I clicked all the necessary photos and clicked on refresh. A screen opened which said wait for the exam and there was a screen recording my video. I waited for about 45 minutes, probably more than that but the test did not start. Nothing happened. Even after contacting the customer service my issue has not been resolved even after 8 days. My case no. is 04533801.
Hello, gmatji. I am sorry to hear about this awful experience with technical difficulties. Someone else posted lasted month about a similar experience, in this thread. Since there was no follow-up in that case, I cannot say I know what resolution your case will have, but all I can suggest is that you pursue the matter until GMAC™ notifies you of a decision. I suspect that many disgruntled would-be test-takers are contacting customer service to voice similar complaints.

Please let the community know once you do receive an update, whatever the outcome may be. I still believe that GMAC™ will look to rectify the situation and at least offer you the chance to take the test again.

That is all I am asking for, a final resolution of this issue. I do not know if they are ignoring this issue or are just sitting on top of it, mocking my helplessness.
