Hi. Sorry about that. This is pretty weird.

We’re not hearing about other people having challenges with payments. So it seems to be something around your card or your location.

It could be one of two things:
1. Your bank may not be authorizing the card so I would call several of your banks to see what are they seeing on their end. They should be seeing transaction and authorizing it or they can tell you that there is a holdup. Sometimes banks prevent international transactions.

2. Unlikely but maybe... Your cookies or IP address may be flagged so I will try opening incognito window at another location or using mobile Internet in case the bank call does not yield the results.

Thank you for replying.

I’ve tried to get it booked on call via the Pearson team/incognito/mobile data - nothing worked.

I’ll try an call the banks today to see if they can provide some insight.

But it’s really weird and frustrating how little support Pearson offers.
