Is there any penalty for not attending all questions in GMAT and how the score is affected if not attended last 1-2 questions.

Hi. Yes. There is a penalty. It’s been discussed quite a bit. In short - you are penalized by roughly 3 percentiles. This is not 3 points but 3 percentiles. So if you miss 2, it is 6 percentiles.
This may come into play. In one extreme case if you are well within bands of percentiles it may not have any impact. However likely 2 missed questions would bump you down by 1 Q or V points. In some cases it may be as many as 3-4 points in the competitive percentile bands.
