Another classic!

I'll go with (B)

People can debate the aesthetic merits of these overwrought, disquieting, sometimes gruesome works of art, but none (of those people) can dispute their creators' mastery of the paintbrush as a blunt instrument.

Wow! This is a classic and i think it should be a sticky. I picked (A) but it makes perfect sense why it is (B)

Dispute their, not dispute to their, so E is out.
not a one is wrong. C is out.
no person is out as well.just doesn't sound right.

None and no one are both perfectly fine. no one --> nobody, none --> nobody. Both mean the same thing. Their grammatical structure is also the same. Under such circumstances where both sentence are grammatically correct, we go for the more concise one. In this case, its (B).

Note: Something I read, GMAT demands concision, clarity, and correctness.
