To get a sense of the difficulty of the Quant questions you'll see if you're getting them all correct, you can review these graphs from Quant portion of one of my ESRs.

As you can see, the average difficulty of the questions increased initially and then topped out at medium-hard.
What you can't see, because the graph shows only the average difficulty, is that the difficulty of some of the questions was at the top of the range. Of course then, for the average difficulty to be at medium-hard, the difficulty of some questions was under that medium-hard level.
So, even if you get all the questions correct, the difficulty will vary from very hard to between medium and medium-hard.
Another way of looking at the difficulties is that. if you get all the questions on the Quant section correct, you'll see around 3 super hard questions and maybe another 4 or 5 rather hard questions, and the rest of the questions will range from run of the mill not particularly difficult questions to questions that are somewhat hard or tricky but no big deal.
