What is the best way to start thinking about my personal statement? Are there any leading questions to help me think through how to tell my story? It is such a big question and I am curious if anyone has advice.

Think of the personal statement as a gap essay -- where do you want to go and what are the gaps you need to fill to get there. Definitely check out our free personal statement guide: https://shop.mbamission.com/products/pe ... ment-guide
The essay requires a specific post-MBA goal so if you're still debating options, check out our free career guides: https://shop.mbamission.com/collections/career-guides
Lastly, the essay also requires understanding each program and how its resources will help you achieve your goals, so do your research on each program, attend school events, and talk to students/alums to tailor the statement to each school.
