Hi .. I have almost 4 years of experience as a sales rep. in a pharmaceutical company then 19 months of experience as a sales trainer within the same company . My short - term goal from the MBA is to work as an Assistant Training Manager in a pharmaceutical company in Canada .. What is the expected average salary for such a title ?

I currently work in the pharma industry on the commercialization side (although not training, but I do interact with them regularly), so I know where you're coming from. Anyway, for such a small career shift, salary will depend completely on your previous salary history. Also, why Canada - is that where you're located currently? You probably know that the pharma industry is much larger in the US. And do you feel that your current company won't promote you into a trainer position from the field (that is one of the most common career paths for a rep)?
