I'll come to the point straight. I am currently pursuing an MBA degree from FMS, Delhi (India). I've finished my first year and will soon be off to internship. I've realised that this corporate life really isn't for me. On the other hand, I've found my increased interest in academics and research. I want to apply for a PhD program in either Organizational Behaviour or Business Economics. However I am clueless about my chances of getting selected in one of the top 25 programs. I also want to know as to what should I do in my second year of MBA to increase my chances of admission.
I have done my bachelor's in commerce from SRCC, DU. However, I have no prior research or work experience.
Any help or guidance in this matter will be highly appreciated!
Thank you so much in advance.
