Thanks for posting. Would encourage you to retake and try for a higher score. 590 may be too low for these programs. Also, they would look at your Quant score closely when you are applying for a PhD in Accounting, so please keep that in mind. Try and raise Quant to above 45.
Other than that, the rest of your profile seems quite promising.

Since you're applying for a course related to accounting, I suggest you get a higher percentile on GMAT quant . Target test prep and GMAT club tests have helped me a lot to improve my quant. you can check more about the courses here: https://gmatclub.com/reviews/gmat_courses/?fl=menu . Also, focus on practicing and reviewing as much official material there is. I hope you get it right this time. Goodluck
