Hi everyone!
I am in the final year of my bachelors in engineering program in an indian university. i would want to know the procedure of how the students are offered jobs after completing their MBA's in US/European B-Schools. For eg, in India, there are on-campus requirements, which means that some of the firm's HR personnel come to our campus and conduct the various rounds of interviews, discussions, case studies and at the end of the day recruit a bunch of people. Is that how the placements take place after an MBA as well? or are you supposed to apply off-campus through the company application portal?

For traditional jobs companies will recruit on campus (consulting, marketing, finance, etc). Most big firms will go to all of the top b-schools. For non-traditional positions or for smaller firms like startups then you'll have to rely on the off campus job search
