Hi,
This might be too soon to talk, but I want to get everything ready for when I apply for PhD at Ross, probably in 2019.
Now, there's a possibility that I will undertake my masters at Mannheim school in Germany (either in Management or in Business Research, preferably the latter). Let's presume that such case happens (touch wood!), I am setting out a 2-year plan for when I graduate from Mannheim, I have all the required credentials for Ross.
My aim is to undertake doctoral research under the Center for Positive Organization at Ross. I am interested in positive psychology.
I know Michigan is a competitive one. What should my masters output be in order to gain myself an admission advantage?
Like what is a good GPA benchmark? Also, I'm currently a 680 GMATer, and in these 2 years of college I will need to raise my score higher for sure, does high GMAT score appeal to Ross, and if yes how much? Also, which one does Ross prefer, GMAT or GRE?
My plan is to do Ross right after Mannheim graduation, that means no real business experience in between, will that be a drawback? What kind of things is Ross looking for in a candidate when looking at their CV/application?
Other things like TOEFL score, I'm sure I can nail it with just enough time investment, no big deal really.
I am hoping to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
