Your practice scores look pretty good, actually. The only anomaly is the Kaplan scores, and they're usually about 100 points below what you'll really score, so you should hit the upper 600s on the real thing if you continue prepping steadily.
Don't get hung up on a 700+ score. It's a magic number to applicants but not to the schools. A 690 is just as competitive as a 700.
Are you maintaining an
error log of your mistakes on verbal? Make sure you understand what types of mistakes you're making, so you can correct them. I would also suggest using the verbal strategies in the PR book - I found them to be more helpful than any other verbal strategies out there. You can save a lot of time with process of elimination and the other techniques, and will likely make fewer mistakes because you won't be rushing.
