You have a pretty weak profile. GPA is low. GMAT is horrible. I would apply to both schools. Honestly, I would think long and hard about grad school at this point and evaluate why you struggled in undergrad and your GMAT. What is grad school going to do for your career wise? Typically a higher GMAT will offset a lower GPA, but in this case it is reinforcing it. Not good.

so, could I understand that I have no chances to apply for master programs? Though I lower my target schools that rank around 600th...

Hi!

Although your GMAT is quite low, I do think that you have a decent shot at getting into either Uppsala, Umeå or Stockholm since some of the GMAT quotes wasn't filled for applications this fall (HT20).

God Luck!
