Please help me analyze my esr (quant and verbal) and suggest study tips for my retake in 3 weeks.

Shocked by my abysmal performance in Verbal specifically RC. I could have easily crossed 700 if not for RC and mistakes in SC. I know i need to improve on Quant as well but not able to comprehend the ESR fully. Can you guys please suggest what should be next action plan in both VR and QR to reach upto 720/730 in the retake. Attaching my ESR
