Now, I'd LOVE to help you out and get down with your profile.
The thing is I am missing detail.
I need a LOT more info from you - school name, employer name, titles, promotions, greatest achievements, volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement, leadership.. etc. before I can give you a real evaluation.
It will also be very helpful if you can elaborate upon your goals.
But yes, overall 30-50 should be fine.

First job Big4 audit, second - non-name mid-sized Ukrainian
no volunteer work, sports, community service, religious involvement
promotions, greatest achievements, leadership - nothing special
Actualy the reality here, in the post-soviet country, is that corruption is everywhere and a lot of positions are taken by relatives and friends and it's hard to nearly impossible to grow in that environment - how adcoms treat this situations in different countries? How can one compare career prospects in US with that in Belarus or Ukraine?
What should I emphasize in esseys? Should I say about:
- liberal revolution in the country?
- war conditions?
- corruption?
- need of western-educated people?
