I am from Eastern Europe,
35, male
GPA upper 20% of class.
GMAT-710, M-49,V-38
Work Experience-7 years in an insurance broker company. In fact, i participated in the establishment and development of the company in my area of residence. Currently, i am supervising about 20 people and organising the operations of 12 insurance offices, more like points of sales.
Served for 18 months in military.
Also took all the required courses in an MBA program in Germany, but have no degree. I took the job to participate in the foundation of this insurance broker company so i couldn't finish my degree. On this point i will appreciate any advice. Should i mention this in my Resume or should i skip this period?
I have interest in Risk Management and Insurance and noticed that such programs are thaught at Warton and Wisconsin-Madison. Perhaps there are other universities that offer similar specialization but couldn't find them.

At this point in your life, it's probably more beneficial for you to consider an EMBA, instead of a traditional MBA. There are a lot of reputable EMBAs out there, including Wharton and Madison. However, once you're in the stage of EMBA, it really only serves you well if this EMBA has the ability to boost your career up a notch. I know very little about EMBA so I won't harp on this. However, a traditional MBA would probably be too much of a financial burden and I really don't know how much you can get out of it.

Hi,
because i also know little about EMBA i am considering traditional MBA.
Perhaps will have to delve in the matter further.

Speaking from my knowledge about a traditional MBA, it's usually geared toward the mid-20's (not saying that person who's 35 won't make it, but it's probably more to do with "fit" than anything else) who wants to switch career, from finance to consulting, from marketing to pharma sales, etc. Given what you wrote, it just doesn't really make sense for you to go into a traditional MBA route, but of course, I can be wrong.
