Hello VictoriaS7, thanks for your question.
Your academics are quite solid with a 3.7 GPA and 750 GMAT. Just to be safe, what were the quantitative and verbal splits? If you are 80% or above with both, you should have no worries.
Your work experience seems strong. From the awards and your rise to General Manager, I would think you’ve had to demonstrate significant leadership, right? To the degree that you can flesh out examples of this leadership and the results you’ve personally driven, I think that will distinguish you from other candidates.
Two questions about your profile:
- What are your extracurricular activities? It need not be official volunteer service. You can also demonstrate leadership through your passions, hobbies, and interest.
- Does your future career path require an MBA? I am no expert in your field, but I know that you are already CSR certified and are a General Manager. What do you need from a business degree to achieve your goals? The more you can demonstrate a need for an MBA, the stronger your candidacy will be.
Depending on your answers to the aforementioned questions, I think you could shoot for all of those programs. Stanford and HBS, especially, look for a wow factor, but I think you may have it with your experience
Best of luck!
Brian
