Thanks for posting your profile. It looks like you have a very strong professional leadership experience - this should serve you well. Academically, your undergrad scores are strong, and your graduate scores are low, but I think you have an explanation for that. It seems like you are active extracurricularly, but I don't see much community activity (non profits, etc.) in your experience. That could be a weakness.
A lot will ride on your GMAT - there is a big difference between a 650 and a 700, so I would say your school targets might vary based on where you land. If you are in the 650-670 range, Wharton/INSEAD/Kellogg might be stretches... but if you're in the 670+ range, they may be possibilities. I'd suggest adding a couple safer programs to your list (e.g., UCLA, Darden, Cornell) so that you have a strong set of programs to choose from once you have your score.
