Hello there Swati,
Well first of all, I will definitely need more information from you if I am to dig in and figure out where you might attend. I mean you have 12!!! years experience! That can't be summarized n a single line
What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements?
Additionally, do you have notable community service or extra curriculars?
Also, just as importantly, after 12 years of experience, why do you want an MBA NOW? Why does it make sense? What are your short-and long-term goals???
All of this will have a strong bearing on your application.
Please get back to me with more info, and I will do my best to advise.
Best,
JF
