Unsure where is best to post this but if you could, please review my profile. After business school, my dream is to work in or Public Sector Strategy and Consulting, General Management or Non-Profit/Foundational Management.

27-year-old American man
GRE Scores: 1st 297 (147Q) (150V) Yes, I know they are bad retaking but have always been a terrible test taker
GPA 3.1
Took remedial Econ course
Will take another stats course to boost my profile
These shortcomings will be addressed in my optional essay and show an upwards trajectory and commitment to improvement.
5 Years work experience:
2.5 years serving in the US Peace Corps
2.5 years working in policy development and grant administration with the US Federal Government for a Cabinet-level Agency. Appointed to a Secretary's initiative.
Volunteering:
Local Farmers market volunteer organizing the distribution of food-stamp checks to underserved populations.
Undergraduate Internships with CMU Heinz College
Languages:
Arabic, Spanish
Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Government from a top 20 east coast US Liberal Arts College
Solid LOR from Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy as well as Director of my office.
Have so far done extensive outreach to school alumni networks and admin offices including meet and greets and informational interviews with all schools listed below.

1. UW Foster (Dream School)
2. Georgetown
3. USC Marshall
4. UMD Carey
5. Tepper

Hi there! You found the right place to post this 
You definitely have a challenge to overcome on the academics side. Focus on getting your GRE up, especially the Quant, which I'd love to see in the mid-150s or even higher. That is great you took an Econ course, I would consider taking another course in a quant subject (Accounting, Stats, etc.) before you apply, as having two courses shows even extra effort.
Otherwise your profile looks really strong, and unique, which will help you a lot in the process. Schools put Peace Corps applicants in very high regard.
I think you have a realistic list of target schools, assuming you can get that test score up a bit. And definitely keep up the outreach/networking - try to visit each school if you can, connect with students/alums, etc.
