Background and nationality: Indian, Male
Undergrad Information: Bachelors in Science(2018-2021)-Math major-7.21/10 CGPA
GMAT/GRE- Yet to appear, but recent mocks(Manhattan and Veritas) fetched me 620 and 650. I'm hoping to get a 700+ by December end.
Work experience and leadership: 1 year in AIESEC(6 months as a HR), 1.5months in Turkey on an AIESEC exchange(English teaching), HR intern at a startup(Nov 21'-present)
Community and others: Active participation at an NGO which organises talent shows for differently abled people around the country.
Post Master goals: Want to stay back in the country where I study(Europe or Oceania), get paid well for some years and eventually open up a chain of restaurants.
I also play football, play guitar and powerlifting(but I do not have any major certificates or achievements in those fields)
I also speak Spanish pretty well.
Now, I am aiming for the top universities for MiM(your HEC, INSEAD, LBS, etc.) , but based on my profile, what do you think are some good choices for me? I am aiming for 2022 Fall intake. Please be brutally honest with your reviews, I know I don't have the best profile, but gotta do something with what I've got.

Hi Ishaan. On the surface you seem to have an average Indian MIM applicant profile (minus the gmat score). You really must target to get the best score you can to strengthen your chances of making it to your target schools- HEC, INSEAD, LBS . You seem to have some international exposure, the stories in your application must really reflect your leadership skills and the initiatives you took at various short but impactful stints you did. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of having strong recommendations. Wouldn't it be great to have some of your international colleagues from AIESEC vouch for your credibility? Select a strong theme for your application storyline- it could be around diversity (you NGO experience is a brownie point for this) or it could be around a career choice that you wish to pursue eventually. You must re think your goal as you seem to have no connection to the restaurant industry in the past (or have taken steps to get exposure to this area of interest) so this is definitely a RED FLAG for the ad com. You must come across as a mature individual who knows how to shape career trajectory and carefully makes choices in his career to lead him to his future goals.
