Hey there Biakka,
You have a very very nice profile, and I too think you can make it into H/S/W (although you may want to have a few more second choices in your list - other Top 10 schools like Sloan, Booth, Tuck, etc.) With your legal background, grades, leadership, everything is in place. Add to it an excellent application with solid recommendations, and you will have a shot.
As an African American candidate, you also have the possibility of applying through the Consortium, and I'd suggest you look into that.
