Redbean, are you male or female? I don't think your GMAT score is particularly low on its own, but in light of it combined with your GPA I might want to retake it. Do you have time?
I have a friend from the Philippines who ended up going to a Top 5 B-school and she benefited from having graduated so early as well-- she had significant work experience but was only 24/25 at the time. Looks like you will benefit as well. It is impressive that you started up a company that now employs 40 people.
How are your extra curriculars? Have you been involved in anything since graduating?

I'm only looking at columbia and wharton. But m so disappointed with my score. thanks to my super inconsiderate test mate. Anyway, You think I should retake?I don't think I have time anymore...m so pressed with work and essay. You think I still stand a chance?
