You are eligible to MS Financial Analysis in LBS, not MiF as you have only 2 years of experience. LBS MiF is a post-experience masters, requiring 3+ years of experience.

Sure no problem. I think you would be competitive in LBS MFA. It is a very good option, I see many alumni going to IB after MFA. Most PE/VC’s require a couple of years of experience in IB. For the LoR, they specifically state that it should be from someone who knows you very well work-wise, titles are not very important. If you ask from a very senior person who doesnt know you that much its a no no. Ideally it should be from your direct supervisor in your current job, if you dont want to disclose that you are applying, a co-worker is also acceptible. Good luck with admissions !
