did you answer all of the questions or did you run out of time?

I answered them all. I was pacing well.
In Quant, I had 14 minutes when I hit #31, so I had 2 minutes per question.
In Verbal, my timing strategy was:
When on #15, have 50 minutes
When on #30, have 25 minutes
And then finish last 12 in 25 mins

So timing was okay for me, in Verbal I felt a bit rushed. But in Quant I was good

I'd suggest you take a break, clear your head and only then try to analyze your mistakes and your approach to the GMAT.

I agree with nomaneee.. U need to take a break of 2-3 days, clear ur head... u seem to be doing too much without having much effect... Ask some friend/relative who has taken GMAT/has very strong basics to sit with you and run you through the concepts... When seen from a different angle, things might make much more sense...

Thanks everyone for your help!
I took a few days off, I am feeling better now. Going to start again in a few days.
I plan to follow Manhattan's Self-Guided Schedule and review concepts and do OG problems. And hopefully do the ones I get wrong or take too long on, another 2 times.
Hopefully all goes well
Thanks again for all your help :)

Take a deep breath and don't over-think - half the battle I find is mind games you play with yourself!

You will ace the GMAT :)
