Hi there!
Well first, excellent GMAT score. That will help your chances a lot. Your background in academia is a plus in that it's not an over-represented field, but it also presents a challenge in that you don't have as much full-time work experience. But I think if you present very clear and compelling reasons for why you need an MBA to continue your career and what you gained from your prior studies, schools will not hold that against you. Of the schools you listed, I think your best chances are at Fuqua and at INSEAD (where the accelerated program seems to make sense for someone who already has an advanced degree). Kellogg and Tuck are possible too, and of course excellent for consulting placements.
Your language skills and MNC exposure is great -- definitely play those things up. PhD doesn't really count as work experience, they're really looking for full time work, but I think you could count any post-bachelor's internships and teaching assistant work. Make sure you've got some specific target firms in consulting in mind that do the kind of work you're interested in. And as someone with a very technical background, be sure to show examples of interpersonal skills, networking, communication/presenting, etc.
Best of luck!
Kate
