Hi BlueRobin
Thank you so much for your time and valuable sugestion.I have completely understood what you are trying to make me understand here and shall look forward to universities with the same outlook as you have asked me to. I would be applying to Glasgow and Ashton tomorrow and even to LSB .
One more quick question , i have been searching alot for universities which have their spring intake ti.e somewhere in Jan - june. Do you have any idea that there are any good universities which welcome students in this session .If that is the case that i wnt mind giving GMAT another shot .
Please if you have any queue about it do letmen know .
Thanks again .
Regards
Varun

Hi Varun, glad if it made sense.

Keep in mind that in Lsb, unless you are really really want to go there, you would find mature people there, bankers and other people, its different from USA schools, as its only one of the biggest business schools in U.K. and almost everybody wants to get into it. Its also very costly for one year.

LSE is also good. I am not sure about the starting dates, but every university prefers normal dates, i.e. fall.

Regards.

Hi Varun, i will keep this quick.

LSE is very picky about candidates. Look at their acceptance rate. Its because the school is heavy for economics and finance.
Apply to kingston, then glasgow, then aston.
Even if you need a loan , apply for one and get into kingston. Its in London and if you did your mba in that area compared to scotland then you will have better prospects, location matters.

There are several other schools like IE, Rotman, but your school needs to be recognized.

Dont just do an mba for time sake, i can assume why you said glasgow and aston but i am telling you again, apply to kingston or some other school instead. BUT this is important, you might as well get into a non traditionmal mba school and become really successful.

Regards.

Does LSE offer its own MBA program? coz I know that it just offers an EMBA program called TRIUM which runs jointly with NYU Stern & HEC Paris.

However, I would rate Birmingham University at the top of your list as it has a good job placement, and would keep Aston as a backup.
