Welcome to the GMAT club..can u plz check out this question again?
i doubt coz since accd to ur question together they are taking 2/5 to fill in 20 min so rest 3/5 together they will take 30 min more.... if i remove one then it will take more time?

They are identical taps so each of them fills 1/5 of the tank in 20 minutes.
There are 3/5 remaining, so it will take 60 minutes (20 minutes for each 1/5) to fill the rest.
