Hi,
I have just started the preparation of GMAT. I just did the Diagnostic Test (paper-based, not CAT) in
the Official Guide 11th Edition. Here are my scores:
1. Problem Solving: 22/24. Excellent
2. Data Sufficiency: 22/24: Excellent
3. Reading Comprehension: 15/17. Above Average. Excellent is 16-17.
4. Critical Reasoning: 9/17. Above Average, which ranges 9-13. Excellent 14-17.
5. Sentence Correction: 11/18. Above Average, which ranges 11-15. Excellent is 16-18.
Even though I have scored all the verbal sections as Above Average, all of them are at the lowest score in that range.
Among all the Verbal sections, I found "Critical Reasoning" the most difficult because both it is hard to understand and i don't know the meaning of some of the words there. English is not my mother tongue, but I have been studying it for 20 years, and my undergraduate studies in Computer Science was taught in English.
For the math section, although I got most right, I certainly didn't do it fluently. I gotta think hard for the formulae that I learnt in high school.
Managers, VPs, and CEOs, do you have any suggestions to my study plan? My books are in my signature. Please do recommend if I need some other good books. Thank you.
