Families love living here, as our schools have the lowest student-to-teacher ratio in the state and our restaurants boast more kiddie menu options than you can find anywhere in the country. If you need a place to locate your business or open a new office or factory, you'll find the perfect locale here in Ketner Springs.
My Essay:
The argument stating that ketner Springs is the ideal place to locate your business, on account of their renowned transportation system and award - winning parks and recreation department is far from convincing and unsubstantiated. The argument is based on the assumption that current transportation system and recreation system is enough for the business to flourish. This assumption is far stretched in the sense that for the current city population the transportation system could be good enough but what if population increases due to migration once new business and factories start operating in the city, In which case the transportation system may not be sufficient for the city and could fail.
The argument states that the city has the lowest student-to-teacher ratio in the state but failed to provide evidence that quality of teaching and infrastructure in the schools are comparable to other cities, in the absence of which the argument fails to prove the fact that the citizens of the city are qualified enough as an employee for working in factories and offices for which the argument claims the city to be ideal.
Based on the explanations provided above it can be argued that the argument claiming the city to be ideal for business is far stretched and unsubstantiated. The argument can be strengthened if it provides some more facts and evidences such as the tax system in the city - sales tax, land tax, and other operating tax and expenses - the future plans for improving transportation system for handling increase in population and quality education.
