Hi,
In my first GMAT,I have scored 38 in Quant..I studied really hard for the Quant section as I am weak in Verbal..I have solved OG 11 and 12,Nova Math bible,MGMAT and some other random resources..I am totally feeling lost now....
...Please suggest me a guideline.. I need to score atleast 45..

Are you kidding me??? So, what are your overall plan, strategy, target score , time date... You do not give any information about your preparation so that we can not give you advice. Please be specific.

With quant, you should do a lot of practice and make sure first you understand all the concepts, then focus on analyzing questions you got wrong and why you were wrong. Then focus on shortcuts and becoming efficient. Point out to yourself all the booby traps and when you go into a new question, have in mind what they could possibly be.
