I would seek out community service projects that are of genuine interest to you and get started. Since you are looking at the Ultra Elite, Top Cluster Europe, and Elite schools I would target a GMAT score of 700 or so. Your work experience is of sufficient duration and is consistent with your goals.

Which specific schools interest you?

Dear Hjort,

I appreciate your advice. I thought organizing a club of quantitative analysts in Seoul, Korea. I think that would be a proper choice I can take right now. What do you think about it?

I haven't surveyed thoroughly about the programs. Programs which I have been examined are MiF(master's in finance) at LBS and MFE(master's in financial engineering) at Hass, Berkeley. If you have any information about the programs please help me to find the right one for me.

Thank you.

Starting a Quant Analyst club is a good idea. Paul on GMATClub is a great resource on LBS- I would seek his advice.

It is kind of interesting that there has not been more interest here in the MFE program at Berkeley. You might want to post a message under MS Finance to see what others have found about the program.
