I gave my exams on January 23rd 2018. I immediately canceled the scores.
I have booked another date for February 18,2018.

Hi Jyonali,
Current GMAC rules require that a Test Taker wait 16 days between Official GMAT attempts. From the dates you have provided, there are clearly MORE than 16 days between the two appointments, so you should be fine to take the GMAT as scheduled.
