Hi All, IMO
A) This statement in following the passage even though the word "usually" is used in the option while the passage says its "impossible".
B) OOS, we dont know about it , we could have inferred if it used 'Some' intead of 'Most'. But this is not an inference question, hence not the answer.
C) As the passage suggested in the scenario where the bill concerns about the Issue of fundamental importance to a large bloc of representatives , compromise is 'Impossible'. Hence is false statement for sure.
D)Doesnt concern the argument.
E)Our scope is for Bills that do concern issues of fundamental importance to any large bloc of representatives in the legislature.

This is saying that for fundamental-issue bills, most do pass through compromise.
But the argument asserts that compromises are impossible for fundamental-issue bills.
Hence C directly clashes with the premise. It must be false.
A. “Compromises regarding issues of fundamental importance to large blocs of representatives in the legislature usually do not enable the passage of any bill into law.”
This says: On fundamental-issue bills, compromises usually fail to make them pass.
That aligns with the premise that compromises are impossible in those cases.
So A could be true (it matches the argument). So it is not guaranteed false.
This is saying that for fundamental-issue bills, most do pass through compromise.
