Hello everyone. Since I’m a bit short on time, is it possible to send my GMAT result to business schools immediately after completing the exam, or do I need to wait for the official score to apply?

In short, you cannot send your score immediately after finishing the exam, but you also don't have to wait very long for the official one.
Here is the breakdown of the timing:
Immediately After Exam: You will see your Unofficial Score (Total and Sectional scores) on the screen. However, you cannot save, print, or send this to schools.
Official Score Availability: Your Official Score Report will be available in your mba.com account, typically within 1 to 3 business days (though GMAC states it can take up to 20 days in rare cases). You will receive an email notification when it's ready.
Sending to Schools: Once the Official Score is available:
You have a 48-hour window to send your score report to up to five schools for free.
After the 48-hour window, or for sending to additional schools, there is a fee (currently $35 USD per report).

You can take the test on the same day as the deadline. Everyone applies with unofficial scores on the application.
You can send the official score later, when it becomes available. Some universities don’t even ask for it until they admit you.
