Hey there,
I took a look at the data provided, and one thing that immediately jumped right out was the distribution of the wrong. If your quants section, you got a few 3 wrongs in a row....that`s a death sentence. Even two wrongs in a row will have an impact on your grades, and having multiples 3`s did you no good.
Another thing, it seems like you were not very comfortable with some basic math fundamentals, going back to the root concepts will be your best best at this stage.
For verbal...you need to work harder on all of the sections.
What are you aiming for? If you just need like a 650 or something, I am sure you can get there soon after one more round of math review. If you are aiming for 700+ then it would be a different story. Hope that helps.

When reviewing a CAT, it helps to use a Mistake Tracker/Error Log so that you can keep a record of WHY you're getting questions wrong. The data that you'll gather will help you figure out the areas that you need to spend some extra time on (and don't worry about the "level" of the question just yet).
For example, in the Quant section:
1) How many times did you get a question wrong because of a silly mistake?
2) How many times did you get a question wrong because you didn't know a specific math rule/formula?
3) How many times did you get a question wrong because it was just too hard?
It might be that you need to practice the 'basics', but it might also be that HOW you go about answering questions is causing you to miss too many of them. THAT is a 'mechanical' problem and not a 'knowledge' problem.

Use this time to avoid rushing and missing problems, as you did on 11, 12, 15, 31, and (most crucially) 34-36.
