This can very easily b done using Heron's formula.
Post calculating the 3 sides as 13, 13 and 10; the semiperimeter (s) can be calculated as:
s = (a+b+c)/2 = 18
Then, area = \(\sqrt{s*(s-a)*(s-b)*(s-c)}\)
=> Area = \(\sqrt{18*5*5*4}\) = 5*4*3 = 60
Option C.

Yes even I used the Heron's formula and got the answer in seconds
