Ok, I am not sure how much you can actually increase your Quant Score, but it is a fun Math Game. I have been hooked for the last few days.
It is a calculator.... BUT, it is not a "normal" calculator as it has many unusual buttons providing you with some new challenges that you were not used to seeing before, so it is forcing you to think about math out of the box.

P.S. The only annoying thing is the ads.... and I am stuck on Level 72 now.
