In the XY-plane, does the point (m, n) lie below the line y = x?
(1) m = 4
(2) n = m + 4

1) No information about n. ----------In Suff
2) some of the points on line y = x..... are (4,4),(0,0),(-1,-1) ,(-5,-5) etc
Now when the x-axis value of (m,n) i.e., m is considered , if n = m + 4, then the corresponding points are (4,8),(0,4),(-1,3) ,(-5,-1)
So these points are never lie below y=x , according to the given condition. ----------Suff
Or Alternatively , if we consider n = m + 4 in the eqn form of line B :\(y = x + 4\) , then line B is ll to line A :\(y=x\)
and the y axis distance from B to A is -4 and A to B is +4 ( as x intercept of line A is 0 and x intercept of line B is 4)
So these points are never lie below y=x , according to the given condition. ----------Suff
