I am not sure of solution
family with 4 cars ; 4,5,2=11
IMO 11/20 will be the P of family randomly selected from the street has at least 4 cars

Total number of families = 15+a
Number of families having at least 4 cars (≥4) = Last 3 families = 4+5+2 = 11 families.
From the options only, E option has the numerator as 11. Hence I believe E is the answer.
Bunuel san, Can you correct the table? the value of a must be 5 as per the answer choice.
