the probability that a student chosen at random from the class plays basketball only = Students playing only Basketball/ total no. of students = 20/100 = 0.2

Let the total number of students be 100.
P(students who do no play soccer)= 60
P(students who play soccer)= 100-60=40
P(students who only play soccer)= P(students who play soccer)- P(students who play both)=40-10=30
P(students who play soccer or basketball)=P(only soccer) + P(only basketball) +P(students who play both)
60=30 + P(only basketball) + 10
P(only basketball)= 60-40=20% = 0.2
P(students who do no play soccer)= 60
P(students who play soccer)= 100-60=40
P(students who only play soccer)= P(students who play soccer)- P(students who play both)=40-10=30
P(students who play soccer or basketball)=P(only soccer) + P(only basketball) +P(students who play both)
