A computer user wants to save 6 files, each of a different size, on a CD. The CD will hold 700 megabytes of data. Will the CD hold all 6 files?
(1) The average size of the 3 largest files is 150 megabytes.
(2) The smallest file is 125 megabytes

1st statement : not sufficient
Sum of 3 max size files 450 mb
We cast say rest of 3 files will be of 700-450=250 mb
2nd statement : not sufficient
Minimum size is 125
What’s the max size?
1+2 statement
450 (3 files)+125(1 smallest file)=575
Rest 2 files of total 125. Which is not possible as the smallest file is of 125 mb
So the cd of 700 mb will not hold the 6 files

Why is it not B? If smallest file is 125 and each file is different size then the smallest amount possible should be 125+126+127+128+129+130 = 765 > 750 que?
